Function
The Hottray Professional is ideally suited for keeping food at the right temperature.
Note: the hot tray is not suitable for hot pans moved directly from a stove. The hot tray would
overheat and switch off or might even be damaged beyond repair. If the hot tray overheats,
reset it by removing the plug from the socket and letting the appliance cool down. After
cooling down it can be used normally again.
Safety instructions:

Only connect the appliance to an earthed 230 V a.c. electrical socket.

Avoid overloading.

Turn off the appliance after use by unplugging the equipment from the mains supply.

Unplug the equipment from the mains supply before filling it with water or cleaning.

The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable national and local regulations.

Installation

Only connect the appliance to an earthed 230 V a.c. electrical socket.
Use
Turn the on/off switches to the "1" position, the orange lamp will light.


Turn the temperature switch to the desired position.
After use
 Turn off the equipment by switching the on/off switch to the "0" position.

Allow the plate to cool down.

Clean the appliance (refer to maintenance).
Maintenance

Before cleaning, always unplug the equipment from the mains supply.

Never immerse the Hottray in water or other cleansing agents.

Clean the Hottray with a damp cloth.

Do not use aggressive or caustic cleansing agents.

Wherever possible, avoid water coming into contact with electrical components.
Faults:
Always contact your supplier when a fault occurs.
