INITIAL SET UP
Step 1: Use a coin to open the battery compartment.
Insert the CR2032 battery underneath the metal latch
with the positive pole facing upwards. Put the lid back on
and secure the door with a coin.
Step 2: The unit will start with the Altimeter setting. Input
the current air pressure at sea level by pressing [+] / [-]
and press [MODE] to confirm
Note: Check the local weather report directly before your
trip, to get the current value of air pressure at sea level.
It's important to input the current air pressure. The unit
will get accurate measurement by inputting the current air

pressure at sea level. Should the weather change, it may
be necessary to adjust the air pressure value.
Step 3: Press [+] / [-] to define the current weather sta-
tus – sunny / cloudy with sun / cloudy / rain / heavy rain
and press [MODE] to confirm
