Please make sure that the headset of your bike is al-
ways tightened appropriately because otherwise the
reach inserts could develop play in the head tube which
could damage the frame. Crashes and severe injuries
are possible consequences.

Dropout / derailleur hanger

With the interchangeable dropouts you can change the length of the
chain stays by 14mm. This technology helps to further adjust the
bike to the riders' preferences and track conditions.
To change the length of the chain stays you need to replace the two
inner inserts (pointing towards the hub) and turn the two outer in-
serts by 180 degrees.
The inner insert on the drive side is also the derailleur hanger. It has
a predetermined breaking point to avoid damage of the frame if the
derailleur gets hit by an object. Propain recommends to buy this
spare part in advance to have a quick replacement in case of dam-
age.

ISCG socket

The ISCG socket is fitted to the bottom bracket and has a predeter-
mined breaking point to make sure the frame is not damaged in
case the chain guide hits an object. You must not ride your bike
without the ISCG socket as it defines the correct width for the bot-
tom bracket. Propain recommends to buy this spare part in advance
to have a quick replacement in case of damage.

Internal cable routing

The cables of your bike are routed through the inside of the frame
to secure them from rock strikes and dirt.

Fork protection

The black fork protection pads are bolted onto the frame and also
serve as an inlet slot for the cables. The pads protect the carbon
frame from damages caused by the dual crown fork. Therefore,
never ride your bike without the protection pads.
