Rage Carbon – specification
PROPAIN's Rage Carbon is a Downhill Bike. Please find the ac-
cording category in the "user handbook bicycles" which is included
in your bike delivery. Be sure to use your bicycle only according to
the "intended use" specified by the category.
If you replace parts of your bicycle, please pay special attention to
the hardware compatibility. If in doubt, please contact Propain or
your local bike dealer.

Carbon frame material

The front and rear frame triangle are made of carbon. Please find
important notes regarding this material in the "user handbook"
which also comes with the bike.
Never ride your bike without the frame protection at the
seat stay, chain stays, down tube or the head tube (fork
bumper).
Always check your frame carefully for damages after
rock strikes and after crashes.

Tightening torque

The mounting bolts of the frame and suspension have to be tight-
ened according to the table below. After untightening any bolts
Propain recommends using Loctite 243 (medium) before tightening
the bolts again. Please also consider the drying time of Loctite.
