4. Build-up

4.1. Assembly

The ground has to be even and be able to bear the weight of a full loaded
PROTECTO safety cabinet.
Take the key and the bow handle/s from the cabinet top side and fix them at the
door/s by means of the enclosed thread screws. The PROTECTO safety cabinet
has to be placed upright. The alignment of the cabinet is made by levelling feet in
pedestal area GB (25 mm levelling possibility). They can be adjusted by means of
drilled holes in the cabinet bottom by an allen wrench (5mm) from the cabinet
inside. The faultless function of the self-closing system is guaranteed by that.
Mount the plinth panel with enclosed screws on the cabinet after his alignment,
The pedestal blinds are relevant to fire protection. Otherwise, the cabinet loses his
fire resistance and the permission.
Due to the possition of the actual point of use/operation, it must be guaranteed that
the cabinet
• cannot be damaged by vehicles,
• isn't exposed to a direct or indirect heat source,
• is protected against humidity,
• isn't exposed to an operating temperature under 5°C or over +40°C.
