Switch the Monitor on.
With the Up – Down Buttons
you navigate through the
menu. A little arrow shows
your position.
Choose "Contest" and tip the
select button.
Choose your contest by tipping
the Up – Down buttons and
select with the select button.
Start turning on the cranks.
Now your goal is it to hoist the
sails as fast as possible. The
graphic shows you how far you
have hoisted the sail and how far
you still have to go.
After successful hoisted all sails,
the summary screen shows you
your total achieved time and how
long you took for each individual
sail.
To return to the main menu tip
on the return button
