1. General Information

The WaterGrinder Monitor offers a versatile training which is en-
tertaining and motivational. At the same time the monitor is easy
in use and has a clear menu structure. Its functionalities are self
explanatory.
To start the monitor you have to hold the "On – Off" key for
2 seconds. The Monitor runs on 4 AA – Batteries. For

energy saving purposes, the monitor switches off after 2 minutes
of inactivity.
When started for the first time, you will be required to select the
language you want to run your monitor. Currently you can choose
between German, English, French and Dutch.
Depending which menu you use you will get one of the
following parameters: RPM, Heart Rate, Time, Distance,
Watt and Kcal/h.
The Distance is based on sail hoisting meters.
One meter equals four full turns on the crank.
