1.1. Adjusting the Crank length
The crank can be adjusted in length. The longer the handle the
easier it is to turn but the turn-circle diameter is respectively lon-
ger. In general you can consider the change of handle length as
resistance change.
Additionally your resistance increases with the speed you are tur-
ning. We recommend commencing your exercise with the maxi-
mum handle length. When warmed up you can choose shorter
length to increase the intensity.
1.2. How much Water in the tank?
We recommend to fill the tank with 18 -20 Liters with clean tab
water (max half the tank).
This amount of water is more than sufficient for a full workout for
all genders and age. More water could lead to potential
damages in the gearbox.
