1.0. Position of Use
The WaterGrinder allows you to turn on the cranks in
10 different positions:
a. Forward reciprocal
b. Forward symmetrical
c. Left crank forward only
d. Right crank forward only
e. Backwards reciprocal
f. Backwards symmetrical
g. Left crank backwards only
h. Right crank backwards only
i. Double handed, standing on the left side
j. Double handed, standing on the right side
These positions are important when using the Mulit-Drill,
your virtual trainer function.

The black arrow shows the direction where you have to be while
you are training.
