SAFETY NOTES
Before you begin consult a physician and have a physical examination. Immediately stop the workout if
you feel dizzy or nauseous. Please read the assembly and operating instructions carefully prior to first
use in order to avoid injuries. Never let children or pets play unattended near the equipment. Check on
all screws, nuts and bolts etc. after completion of the assembly.
The equipment has a max. weight limit of 120 kg.
Place the equipment on firm and even ground. It should not be placed on a loose floor mat or

carpet.

Make sure that all wear and tear parts are replaced and tighten all connecting parts prior to use.

Make sure that the rear support (62) is securely fastened with the bolt (63).

If the equipment is not in use make sure that the rail (52) is closed with the knob (59) on the tube
(56).
Watch your fingers when folding or unfolding the equipment.

One hole should be visible in front of the seat when it is latched. This will avoid damage to the seat
cover when the rail is folded.
Select a training program suitable for your personal fitness level and stamina.

Wear appropriate clothing during workout. Make sure that clothes do not get caught in the
equipment.

Always wear sports shoes and never train barefoot or with socks only.
10. The equipment may only be used by one person at a time.
11. The equipment is only suitable for private use. Any commercial use will void the guarantee.
