Replacing the Transmitter Battery
(Suction Hose Handle)
The transmitter in the suction hose handle is factory-
equipped with a powerful battery.
Regularly replace the battery (12 V, type MN21/MS
21) to ensure adequate transmission power.
1. Using a flat object, pry the transmitter cover off the
handle.

2. Remove the dead battery and install a new one,
taking care to observe the correct polarity.

3. Reinstall the cover from the back of the handle and
push down on it to lock it in place.

Replacing the battery of an additional Manual
Transmitter
Regularly replace the battery (12 V, type A23) to
ensure adequate transmission power.
1. Gently lift up the battery case cover and push it out
of the way.
2. Remove the dead battery and install a new one,
taking care to observe the correct polarity.
Checking and Cleaning the Suction Sockets and
Vac-Pan Wall Connection
- Regularly remove any dirt which has lodged in the
suction sockets and in the Vac-Pan.
- Check the suction sockets for damage and have
any damaged suction sockets replaced.

Disposal Information

- Separate any no longer used transmitters and
batteries and dispose of them at a collection point
or take them to your dealer.
- Cut off all power cords to prevent their misuse.
- Dispose of any other unit components together with
the packaging materials at a disposal firm and in
compliance with all valid regulations.
