13. Cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemi-
cal solutions, as these could damage the casing or stop the prod-
uct from functioning properly.
• Always disconnect the product from the USB power supply before cleaning it.
• Use the cleaning cloth provided to clean the product.
• Do not press too hard on the display (12) or lens (6) when cleaning the
camera.

14. Troubleshooting

The camera does not switch on
• The battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
• The battery is not inserted.
The camera has stopped working
• Hold down the POWER/MODE button (4) to turn the camera off, and then
switch it on again.
• Remove the battery and insert it back into the camera after approximately
one minute.
Files cannot be saved to the memory card
• The memory card is not formatted. Format the card from the settings
menu.
• The memory card is damaged. Try using a different memory card.
• The memory card is not compatible (see "Technical data").
