• The charging indicator in the lower-right corner of the display (12) indi-
cates the battery status. Charge the battery when the charging indicator
displays an empty battery symbol.
If the battery runs out during a video recording, the camera will
save the recording and switch off automatically.

8. Using a memory card

The camera does not have its own memory. Check that a memory
card is inserted before using the camera.
Refer to the "Technical data" for a list of compatible memory cards.
Some memory cards may not be recognized by the camera.
If the camera does not recognise your memory card, remove the
memory card and insert it again.
• Insert the memory card into the card slot (8) until it clicks into place.
• The memory card contacts must point towards the lens (6).
• To remove the memory card, press it inwards to release it from the card
slot (8), and then pull it out with your fingers.
