14. Care and cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions, as these may damage the housing or stop the product from
functioning properly.
• Always disconnect the product from the USB power supply before cleaning it.
• Use the cleaning cloth provided to clean the product.
• To avoid damage, do not press too hard on the LC display (13) or lens (7)
when cleaning the camera.

15. Troubleshooting

The Actioncam may crash. Operation is then no longer possible. The
camera controls and the LC display (13) are 'frozen'. In that case, re-
move the battery from the Actioncam and insert back into the battery
compartment of the Actioncam after approx. 1 minute. After this reset, it
should be possible to use and operate the Actioncam as normal again.
Error
The device does not
switch on.
The device has
stopped working.
Cause
The battery is
depleted.
The battery is not
inserted.
Possible solution
Recharge the battery.
Insert a suitable battery into
the Actioncam.
Switch the device off (press
and hold the POWER MODE
button (2)) and on again.
Remove the battery and insert
it back into the camera after
approximately 1 minute.
