Durch die CLASS- Einstellung wird eine Auslösekennlinie gewählt. Hierbei sind: • CLASS 10A und CLASS 10 = normale Anläufe, • CLASS 20 und CLASS 30 = erschwerte bis sehr schwere Anläufe.

10/13 MN03402007Z-DE/EN Auslösekennlinien Phasenausfall Die Motorschutzrelais ZEB sind phasenausfallempfindlich. Bei einem Phasenausfall, d. h. bei einer Asymmetrie f 50 %, kommt es zu einer Auslösung von 10 Sekunden ±2 %. Das ZEB-Relais dient zur Überwachung von Wechsel- strommotoren und muss über alle drei Pole von Strom durchflossen sein, um ein vorzeitiges Auslösen zu verhin- dern.
10/13 MN03402007Z-DE/EN Projektierung Erdschlusserkennung Bei den Erdschlussvarianten (ZEB…-…-GF) des ZEB ist es möglich, eine Erdschlussüberwachung über einen DIP- Schalter zu aktivieren. Die Erdschlusserkennung ist nur bei laufendem Motor aktiv. Wiedereinschaltung Nach einer Auslösung muss zunächst der durch die Überlas- tung erwärmte Elektromotor abkühlen, bevor er wieder eingeschaltet werden kann.
10/13 MN03402007Z-DE/EN Auslösekennlinien Test der Hilfsschalter 95/96, 97/98 Durch eine zusätzliche Testtaste kann die Funktionstüchtig- keit der Hilfsschalter kontrolliert werden. Hierbei hat die Testtaste eine doppelte Funktion: • Das Drücken der Testtaste öffnet den Öffner 95-96. Nach dem Loslassen fällt der Öffner wieder zurück. Diese Funktion kann dazu genutzt werden, den Motor manuell auszuschalten.
