CAUTION:
• Do not overload the baking tray and the grill grate!
(max. 3,0 kg)
• We recommend pre-heating the oven for approx.
15 minutes.
• Some examples regarding the use of the operating
functions:
Top heat: perfect for scalloping casseroles,
gratins, etc.
Top / bottom heat: e.g. for pizza, cakes, etc.

Operation
NOTE:
You can operate the boiling plates and the oven separately
or in combination.
WARNING:
• Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
• Wait until the appliance has cooled down.
• Never immerse the appliance in water. It could result in an electric
shock or fi re.
CAUTION:
• Do not use wire brushes or other abrasive objects.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning detergents.
Boiling plates
• Clean the cooking plates with a damp cloth.
• Use a dishwashing agent in case of heavy staining.
Oven
NOTE:
Below the heating elements there is a crumb tray. Pull it out
forwards to remove it.
• You may clean all parts manually during a rinsing bath.
• Wipe the interior of the oven with a slightly damp cloth.

Cooking plates
1. Turn the controllers
heating control lamp (4) turns on.
2. Select a setting between 1 and MAX.
NOTE:
The heating control lamp (4) turns off when the plate
has reached the temperature.
Oven
1. Use the controller
and 230 °C.
2. Select your desired oven function with the switch
NOTE:
• The oven is only in operation when you have select-
ed an oven function and a temperature.
• The heating control lamp (7) lights. When the select-
ed temperature is reached, it will turn off again.
End of Operation
• The cooking plates are switched off, when the controllers
