Unpacking the Appliance

1. Remove the appliance from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials such as fi lms, fi ller
material, cable clips and carton.
3. Check the contents for completeness.
4. In case of incomplete delivery or damage, do not operate
the appliance. Return it to your dealer immediately.
NOTE:
Production residue or dust may have collected on the
appliance. We recommend cleaning the appliance accord-
ing to chapter "Cleaning".

Prior to Initial Use
In order to remove the protective coatings from the boiling
plates and heating elements in the oven, operate the appli-
ance separately for several minutes before initial use.
• Turn on both boiling plates without using any cookware.
• Then operate the oven without any food. Turn the control-
