– Turn the wing nut on the bottom of the food container counterclockwise to remove it
and carefully take the mixing blade out of the food container. Only grasp the mixing
blade by the pin.
– Use clean, warm water and a small amount of mild detergent to clean all acces-
sories used, the food container and the lid with measuring cup. Rinse off all parts
under running water. All parts (except for the mixing blade and the base unit) can
also be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, keep in mind that frequent washing
in the dishwasher may damage the surfaces. We therefore recommend that you
clean the parts by hand.
3. If you used the steamer unit:
– Take the lid off of the steamer adapter.
– Take the food out of the steamer adapter.
– Carefully lift the steamer adapter off and pour any excess water into a sink or
similar.
– Remove any food from the cooking container.
– Carefully take out the cooking container and carefully pour any excess water into
a sink or similar.
– Take the water reservoir out of the base unit and pour the rest of the water into a
sink or similar.
– Clean the water container, the cooking container and the steamer adapter with
warm, clean water and a small amount of mild detergent. Rinse off all parts un-
der running water. All parts (except for the base unit) can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher. However, keep in mind that frequent washing in the dishwasher may
damage the surfaces. We therefore recommend that you clean the parts by hand.
4. Clean the base unit with a damp, soft cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.
5. Let all parts dry completely before reassembling the product and/or stowing it in a
clean, dry area that is not accessible to children.
