Cleaning and storage

ATTENTION!
❐ Allow the device to cool off completely before you clean it.
❐ Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket.
❐ Never submerge the device, the mains cord or the mains plug in water or other liquids.
Make sure that water can not penetrate the inside of the device when cleaning it!
❐ Clean the device immediately after every use to prevent the build-up of germs.
❐ Cutting hazard! The mixing blade in the food container is very sharp! Be careful
when removing, inserting or cleaning the blade. Remove the blade as described
before you clean the food container!
❐ Scalding hazard! Be careful when handling the steamer unit! Hot water may collect
in the intermediate panels of the steamer adapter and cooking container! Be careful
when removing them!
❐ When cleaning, do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface.
❐ The base unit and the mixing blade are not suitable for being cleaned in the dish-
washer!
1. Ensure that the product is disconnected from the mains!
2. If you have used the food container:
– Take the lid off of the food container.
– If you have used the basket insert, take it out of the food container.
– Take the food container out of the base unit.
– If used, pull the mixing adapter and the blade guard up and off of the mixing blade.
