6. To switch off the appliance, place the ON/OFF switch to O and pull the plug out of
the plug socket.

Using the "Turbo" function

ATTENTION!
❐ If you use the "Turbo" function for warm or hot foodstuff, the weight of the foodstuff in
the food container must not exceed 1 kg!
• Very hard foodstuff and ice cubes can be minced with the "Turbo" function.
• In order to be able to use the "Turbo" function, no preparation time, cooking
temperature or motor speed need to be set.
• If a cooking temperature was set before starting, the "Turbo" function cannot
be switched on during preparation. The Turbo button is then deactivated.
• If a cooking temperature and/or motor speed was set before starting, or if
the "Knead" programme was selected, the "Turbo" function can be switched
on at any time during preparation. However, all previously set values are
reset to 0.
1. Connect the appliance to a properly installed, well accessible plug socket and place
the ON/OFF switch in position I.
2. Press and hold the Turbo button to switch on the "Turbo" function. Please ensure
that you hold the measuring cup in the lid steady with your other hand. The display
shows . The preparation time starts counting down.

3. Release the Turbo button to switch off the "Turbo" function.
4. To switch off the appliance, place the ON/OFF switch to O and pull the plug out of
the plug socket.

Below are some preparation tips. Please note that these are only recommenda-
tions, which might need to be adapted individually under certain circumstances!
