Betrieb
• Spannband um das Bündel legen und Bandende durch den Bandkopf (6) führen. Anschließend Band von Hand vorspannen.
• Werkzeugkopf (7) des Bündelwerkzeugs über das freie Bandende schieben (seitlich oder von vorn) und in Richtung Bündel führen, bis er am Bandkopf
(6) anliegt.
• Knopf (1) drücken und solange gedrückt halten, bis der Abbindevorgang beendet ist. Dabei das Bündelwerkzeug lockerhalten, damit es sich an den
Bandkopf ziehen kann.
Hinweis:
Schwankungen des Luftdrucks haben keinen Einfluss auf den ordnungsgemäßen Abbindevorgang. Falls erforderlich, kann die Abbindekraft durch
Änderung des Betriebsdrucks variiert werden.
Wichtig:
Der Druckluftanschluss muss den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im Land des Betreibers entsprechen. Der max. Luftdruck (4 bar) darf nicht überschritten
werden.
Operating
• Place tie around the bundle and insert the tie end through the closure head (6). pull the tie hand-tight.
• Insert the tie into the slot of the head plate of the tool (7) (from the side or from the front) and move the tool towards the closure head (6) until
touching.
• Press the button (1) until the bindings cycle is finished. The tool should only be pressed gently against the bundle.
Note:
Air pressure deviations do not influence the proper bundling process. lf desired the tension may be changed by changing the compressed air pressure.
Important:
The air connection must meet the legal terms of the country where the tool will be used. The air pressure must not be higher than 4 bar/57psi!
