Storage Compartment for Planer Blade/
Allen Key
A planer blade 16 and an Allen key 18 can be
housed in the storage compartment 3 as shown in
the figure. To remove the contents in the compart-
ment, completely pull the storage compartment for
the planer blade/Allen key 3 out of the planer.

 Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
 For safe and proper working, always keep the
machine and ventilation slots clean.
Ensure easy operation of the park rest 28 and clean
it regularly.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing procedures, repair
should be carried out by an after-sales service cen-
tre for Berner power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders,
please always include the article number given on
the type plate of the machine.

Disposal
The machine, accessories and packaging should
be sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
