Pour activer la fonction aléatoire, appuyez simultané-
ment sur les touches "DAY" et "HOURS". Le symbole
"RND" apparaît alors à droite dans l'affichage. Au
moyen d'un générateur aléatoire incorporé, l'appareil
branché (lampadaire, téléviseur, chaîne stéréo etc.)
sera mis en service à des temps irréguliers, imprévi-
sibles et, après écoulement d'un certain temps remis
hors service. Quand vous êtes absents (par ex. quand
vous partez en vacances, allez au travail ou faites des
courses etc.), votre présence est simulée pour tromper
par ex. d'éventuels cambrioleurs.
Le mode aléatoire est actif jusqu'à ce que vous appu-
yiez à nouveau la touche "PROG". La fonction aléatoire
n'a pas d'influence sur les programmes réglés.
B Branchement
Après avoir réglé les horaires /entré les programmes,
branchez le minuteur à une prise de courant de sécuri-
té.
Branchez un appareil approprié et non allumé (tenez
compte du chapitre « Restrictions d"utilisation » au
début de ce mode d'emploi !).
L'appareil branché ne doit jamais être allumé parce
que des étincelles risqueraient de se produire lors du

-Make sure that the protective conductor is not inter-
rupted. If a malfunction occurs and the protective con-
ductor does not work, there exists danger for your life.

neither damaged nor destroyed.
-Timer clocks are no toys and therefore they must be
kept away from children!
-In industrial facilities, the safety regulations laid down
by the professional trade association for electrical
equipment and facilities must be observed.
-In schools, training facilities, do-it-yourself and hobby
workshops, timer clocks and connected consumer
appliances are to be installed and operated only under
the supervision of trained personnel.
-Never turn on the timer clock immediately after it was
brought from a cold into a warm room. Condensation
water that forms might destroy your device under un-
