The time set can even be altered once the oven has
been started by touching + plus or - minus.
Touch Start/Stop.
If the oven is already generating steam, three minutes
will be added to the clock display and the oven will
only switch off after this time. This is necessary to
allow the oven to dry inside.
q You can set a time of between 10 and 60 minutes.
q If you do not make the settings quickly enough, the
time will appear again. Make the settings again.
q The last three minutes of the cooking time are for
drying the inside of the oven. Steam escapes
through the air vent above the door.
q The fan continues to run for a specified time
afterwards to ensure the oven dries out inside.
q Do not open the oven door while the food is
cooking. This causes a cloud of steam to escape,
which could affect the cooking results. The oven
interior is not dried. This means that water can run
out of the appliance and could damage kitchen
fittings.
q Wipe the cooking compartment clean after each
use.
q If the water container becomes empty during
cooking, the Container empty" display will appear
and a signal will sound. Fill the container and close
the oven door again. The procedure will continue
as set.
q Always empty the water container when you have
finished cooking.
