You can cook particularly healthy food using this
oven. The steam surrounds the food and prevents it
from losing its nutrients. You can cook at
temperatures of up to 100 ºC without danger of
overpressure. The food retains its shape, colour and
typical aroma.
Different foods cooked simultaneously, e.g. fish, side
dishes and fruit, each retain their own distinct tastes.
The water from the full container is pumped through a
pipe in measured amounts. The water flows through
the small plastic pipe to the hotplate in the base of the
cooking compartment. The water evaporates here,
allowing true steam cooking.
Remove the water container from the oven.
Always fill it with water only, and up to the MAXI mark.
If your water supply is very chalky, we recommend
that you use still bottled water. Do not use distilled
water.
Push the water container into the steam oven. It must
engage at the rear and be securely in place.
Place the perforated cooking tray containing the food,
and the collection dish on the wire grill and close the
oven door.
