1. Introduction

By purchasing the installation tester KAPRi plus you have decided
to opt for an easy and professional piece of test equipment that is
easy to use. This tester is designed for quick and reliable recogni-
tion of installation faults in data and telecommunication wiring.
KAPRi plus includes two devices - KARPi plus Mainframe and
KAPRi plus Test Box.
The number of conductors of the cable installation and the pin
assignment can be set individually.
Please read this user manual carefully before using the installation
tester KAPRi plus for the first time. The housing of the KAPRi plus
Mainframe shows the most important information for fault analysis.
