Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Gerätemontage und die
Dampfinstallation für die Dampf-Luftbefeuchter Mk4, Typen-
reihe "ST" und "IT". Die Ausführungen und Hinweise sind
von allen Personen, die mit den Montage- und Installations-
arbeiten betraut sind, unbedingt zu beachten und ein-
zuhalten.

Für die Plazierung der Dampf-Luftbefeuchter unbedingt Angaben zur Dampf- installation in Kapitel 2 beachten (Einbauort der Dampfverteilrohre, maximale Länge der Dampfleitung, etc.) Der Defensor Mk4 sollte so montiert werden, dass genügend Platz für die Wartung vorhanden ist. Achten Sie zusätzlich darauf, dass das Gerät gut zugänglich ist. - Seite 4 Dampf-Luftbefeuchter absolut waagrecht (längs und quer) montieren, um die korrekte Funktion zu gewährleisten. Gerätebefestigung • Loch/Löcher für die oberen Befestigungspunkte “A” an der Wand anzeichnen (siehe auch “Massbilder”). Wichtig! Bei Mehrfachgeräten Ausrichtung mit einer Wasserwaage kontrollieren. • Loch/Löcher (ø10 mm) bohren und mitgelieferte(n) Dübel in Loch/Löcher ein- setzen. • Mitgelieferte Schraube(n) bis auf einen Abstand von 5 mm zwischen Wand und Schraubenkopf eindrehen. -

• Gerät in die Schraube(n) einhängen und durch das Gehäuse die 2 Schrauben für die untere Befestigung “B” eindrehen und festziehen. Wichtig! Horizontale und vertikale Ausrichtung nochmals mit einer Wasserwaa- ge kontrollieren. • Dampfzylinder einbauen: 1. Dampfzylinder vorsichtig in das Gerät einsetzen, ausrichten (Anschlussstek- ker muss nach vorne zeigen) und mit Spannring befestigen. -

Dampfinstallation Sicherheitshinweise zur Dampfinstallation Alle Arbeiten betreffend die Dampfinstallation dürfen nur durch ausgewiesenes Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden. Beispiel ϕ1= 30 %rF, ϕ2= 70 %rF gegeben: Befeuchtungsstrecke B 1,4 m Hinweis: Muss die Befeuchtungsstrecke aus anlagetechnischen Gründen verkürzt werden, ist die Dampfmenge pro Gerätemodul auf zwei Dampfverteilrohre aufzuteilen. Seite 12: Empfehlungen Für Die Auslegung Der Lüftungskanäle
Der Einbau der Dampfverteilrohre in Kanäle mit rundem Querschnitt ist nicht zulässig. Bei Fragen betreffend die Auslegung von Lüftungskanälen im Zusammenhang mit Dampf-Luftbefeuchtern nehmen Sie mit Ihrem Defensor-Lieferanten Kontakt auf. Seite 13: Montage Des Kondensatschlauches
– Die Befestigung der Dampfleitung am Dampfverteilrohr erfolgt über ein kurzes Schlauchstück das mit Schlauchklemmen befestigt wird. Montage des Kondensatschlauches Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich den Original-Kondensatschlauch von Defensor. Andere Schläuche können unter Umständen zu unerwünschten Betriebsstörungen führen.
