7.2. Setting the time

The time is automatically loaded by the radio stations so that it is not necessary to
manually set the time. If you nevertheless want to set the time, proceed as follows:
 Switch the device to standby mode.
 Press the C L O C K button on the remote control.
 The hour display flashes. Set the hour using the  or  buttons.
 Confirm by pressing the C L O C K button.
The minute display flashes. Set the minutes using the  or  buttons.
 Confirm by pressing the C L O C K button.
The time is now set. You can display the time for a few seconds at any time by briefly
pressing the C L O C K button.
7.3. Automatic switch-off – SLEEP
You can set a time after which the device will automatically switch into standby
mode. The device needs to be switched on for this.
 Press the S L E E P button on the remote control repeatedly to set the required
time: 90 minutes > 80 minutes > 70 minutes, etc. down to 10 minutes.
To switch off the sleep timer, press S L E E P until SLEEP OFF appears on the
display.
7.4. Setting/switching off the timer
You can set a time when the device will switch on and off automatically every day.
 Press the T I M E R button on the remote control to switch the timer on or off.
 Press and hold down the T I M E R button to set the timer.
 ON TIMER will appear. Use the  or  buttons to set the desired on time.
Firstly select the hour and then the minutes. Confirm each step with the T I -
M E R button.
 OFF TIMER and a clock symbol will be shown on the display. Use the  or 
buttons to set the desired off time. Firstly select the hour and then the minutes.
Confirm each step with the T I M E R button.
 SOURCE will appear on the display. Select the mode DAB, FM, DISC or
USB using the  or  buttons and confirm with the T I M E R button.
 Switch the device to standby mode by pressing the S TA N D B Y button on the
device or the remote control. The time appears.
