3. HARNESS ADJUSTMENT
Make sure that the harness is on the same height as your child's shoulders. If in any doubt
always use the slot above the shoulder rather than below it. (Fig. 2)
However, once you reach the top slots your child may continue to use the child car seat until
their eye line is above the top of the seat shell or their weight exceeds 18Kg.
To change the height of the shoulder belts:
a) Loosen the shoulder harness and slide the chest strap (D) and off the harness connector (M
& N). (Fig. 3)
b) Pull the straps (D) through the shoulder straps slots (K) from the front of the child seat. Now
you can remove the shoulder straps and chest pad. (Fig. 4)
c) Re-thread the chest straps (D) into the appropriate strap slots from the front of the child seat
and slide them in the harness connectors (M & N). (Fig. 5)
Important! Make sure that both chest belts go through slots at the same height and are not
twisted.
4. INSTALLING THE CHILD CAR SEAT FOR GROUP 0+ (from birth to 13kg)
a) Adjust the child seat to position 3. (Fig. 6A)
b) Place the child seat on the car seat rearward-facing and make sure that the front of the child
seat is firmly pressed against the car seat backrest. (Fig. 6B)
c) Clip the diagonal belt into the same side belt guide hook (J) of the child seat. Thread the lap
belt through the two belt guides of the child seat base (O). (Fig. 6C)
d) Push the diagonal belt and the lap belt into the car seat belt buckle until you hear "click".
Check that the car seat belt buckle is correctly locked by pulling the seat belt upwards. (Fig.
6D)
e) Place your child into the child seat. Check the height of the chest straps (D) is correct and
fasten the buckle.
Check that the harness has not become twisted and also check that cover is not impending the
movement or fit of the harness in any way. (Fig. 6E)
5. INSTALLING THE CHILD CAR SEAT FOR GROUP 1 (from 9kg to 18kg)
a) Place the child seat on the car seat forward-facing and make sure that the backrest of the
child seat is firmly pressed against the car seat backrest. (Fig. 7A)
b) Clip the diagonal belt into the belt clip (L) of the backrest. Thread the lap belt through the two
belt guides of the child seat base. (Fig. 7B)
c) Push diagonal belt and lap belt into car seat belt buckle until you hear "click". Check that the
car seat belt buckle is correctly locked by pulling the seat belt upwards. (Fig. 7C)
d) Place your child into the child seat. Check the height of the chest straps (D) is correct and
fasten the buckle (7D).
6. USING THE BUCKLE
a) Put two metal sections of the buckle connector together. (Fig. 8A)
b) Push two buckle connectors into the slot in the buckle (C) until you hear "click". (Fig. 8B)
c) Check that harness is correctly locked by pulling the chest straps (D) upwards. (Fig. 8C)
To release the harness press the red button of the buckle down and two metal sections will be
pop up.
7. ADJUST AND USE THE HARNESS
Harness is loosening by pressing the adjuster (G) under the cover on the front of the seat.
Press down the adjuster (G) and same time pull the chest straps (D) towards you. (Fig. 9A)
To tighten the harness pull the chest straps (D) first upwards to remove the slack from the lap
section of harness and then pull the adjuster strap (I) until the harness is fully tightened.
Check the harness adjuster (G) and tighten each time the child is placed in the seat. (Fig. 9B)
8. RECLINING THE CHILD SEAT
This child seat can be adjusted three different positions: sitting, reclined and sleeping.
If installed rearward-facing (group 0+) only sleeping position can be used. Pull the positioning
