Les affectations des contacts des prises jack ou XLR sont décrites dans le schéma suivant :

Reliez les sorties de votre source audio (p. ex. table de mixage) aux prises correspondantes
INPUT(10) de l'égaliseur.

Reliez les entrées de votre appareil audio suivant (p. ex. amplificateur) aux prises correspon-
dantes OUTPUT (9) de l'égaliseur.
•
Faites attention ici à la désignation des canaux CHANNEL 1 et CHANNEL 2.

Maintenance
Live components may be exposed if the covering is opened or components are remo-
ved.
Before servicing or repair work, the appliance must be disconnected from all sources
of power.
Capacitors in the appliance may still be charged even after it has been disconnected
from all power sources.
Repair work must always be carried out by specialists familiar with the hazards
involved and with the relevant regulations.
If you have to replace fuses, ensure that you only use fuses of the same type and rated current
(see Technical Data section).
It is absolutely impermissible to repair fuses or to bridge the fuse holder.

After disconnecting the appliance from the mains voltage (pull out the mains plug!), use a suit-
able screwdriver to carefully remove the fuse cap from the FUSE fuse holder (7) with the defec-
tive fuse.

Remove the defective fuse and replace it with a fuse of the same type.
•
Now screw the fuse cap with the new fuse cautiously back into the FUSE fuse holder (7).

Only then may you reconnect the appliance to the mains and put it into operation again.
Otherwise, the appliance does not need servicing. The outside should only be cleaned with a soft,
dry cloth or a brush.
Never use caustic cleaning agents or chemical solutions as the surface of the housing could be
damaged.
Disposal
When the appliance has reached the end of its product lifespan, dispose of it in accor-
dance with the current statutory regulations.
Troubleshooting
In purchasing the Mc Crypt Equalizer, you have acquired a reliable product which has been designed
using state-of-the-art technology.
Problems and malfunctions may, however, still arise.
We should therefore like to describe how you can eliminate certain malfunctions yourself.
Always follow the safety instructions carefully!
