9. Troubleshooting

WARNING: All maintenance work listed below must be carried out without current, i.e. with the plug
pulled out.
PROBLEM
Motor does not run
Motor runs but wheel
turns irregularly or hits
the sides
Device vibrates
excessively

CAUSE
No power supply to the
device
Switch not turned on
Fan wheel blocked
Air inlet or outlet blocked
Switch interrupted
Wiring loose
A heavy impact has bent the
engine suspension so that
the wheel is stuck.
A heavy impact has let the
engine slide out of
suspension so that the wheel
is stuck.
Collection of dirt on the

Exec. SOLUTION
B Connect device, check fuse.
B Turn on switch
B Remove reason for blockage
B Switch off machine and let it cool off; then
remove blockage.
AST Order a replacement switch from the dealer
or HEYLO.
AST Check wiring
requirement.
AST Dismantle engine from the housing, then
replace or
suspension.
AST Dismantle the engine from the housing and
the then place it correctly into the suspension.
B Clean fan wheel
AST Balance out or replace fan wheel
AST Change fan wheel
AST Change motor
