Changing the motor oil. Fig. 5.
After 20 operating hours, the oil must be changed for the first
time, then every 100 operating hours.
1 Remove the flexible hose D and poor the oil into a
suitable bin.
2 Open the filling cap (measuring stick) and let the
oil drain.
3 Reconnect the flexible hose.

Fill the oil in, check with the measuring stick, and
close.
5 pull starter slowly for 5 times, so that the oil spreads
(without ignition)
Recommended motor oil SAE 10W-30
Dispose of waste oil according to your country's regula-
tions.
It is not allowed to drain waste oil onto the ground or mix
it with other waste material.
Important hint in case of sending the plates to a service sta-
tion:
Due to security reasons please see to it that the vibratory
plates are sent back free of oil and gas!
To remove the oil proceed as follows:
1 Remove the flexible hose D and poor the oil into a
suitable bin.
2 Open the filling cap (measuring stick) and let the
oil drain.
3 Reconnect the flexible hose.

Change the oil in the eccentric vibration unit after 200 ope-
rating hours!
1. Only change the oil once the eccentric vibration unit
has cooled.
2. Remove the V-belt cover (1) and the V-belt (2).
3. Loosen the screws (3) on the eccentric vibration unit
housing.
4. Lift the entire upper part of the plate vibrator with the
engine off the eccentric vibration unit housing (4).
5. Remove the oil drain screw (5) from the top of the ec-
centric vibration unit, tip the eccentric vibration unit
housing (4) and drain the oil into a collection pan.
Check the oil for any swarf, in order to avoid future
problems.
6. Return the eccentric vibration unit housing (4) to an
upright position.
7. Re-fill the eccentric vibration unit housing (4) with
oil recommended for eccentric vibration units (fill the
HP800 with 0.15l, fill the HP1000 + HP1300 with
0.25l)
Recommended oil for the eccentric vibration unit: SAE 10W-
30 or 10W-40
CAUTION! Do not smoke or work near open fire.

Po raz pierwszy należy wymienić olej silnika po 20 go-
dzinach pracy, każda następna wymiana oleju musi na-
stąpić po każdych kolejnych 100 godzinach.
1 Zdjąć przewód elastyczny D i zlać olej do odpowiedniego
naczynia.
2 Otworzyć zbiornik oleju i osuszyć z oleju miernik po-
ziomu oleju.
3 Podłączyć ponownie przewód elastyczny.
4 Wlać olej, sprawdzic jego poziom przy pomocy miernika
i zamknąć zbiornik.
5 5x szarpanka powoli, tak, że olej jest rozprowadzany
(bez zapłonu)
Zalecany rodzaj oleju silnikowego to SAE 10W-30
Zużyty olej należy zdeponować zgodnie z obowiązującymi w
kraju użytkowania przepisami.
Niedozwolone jest spuszczanie zużytego oleju bezpośrednio
na ziemię lub mieszanie go z innymi odpadami.

naczynia.
2 Otworzyć zbiornik oleju i osuszyć z oleju miernik po-
ziomu oleju.
3 Podłączyć ponownie przewód elastyczny.

Po 200 roboczogodzinach należy wymienić olej w
mimośrodzie!
1. Wymianę oleju przeprowadzać
schłodzonym mimośrodzie.
2. Zdjąć osłonę pasa klinowego (1) oraz pas klinowy (2).
3. Odkręcić śruby (3) obudowy mimośrodu.
4. Całą część górną wibratora płytowego wraz z silnikiem
zdjąć z obudowy mimośrodu (4).
5. Na górze mimośrodu usunąć śrubę spustową oleju (5),
przechylić obudowę mimośrodu (4), a olej spuścić do
wanny. Olej skontrolować pod kątem obecności wiórków
metalowych, by w przyszłości uniknąć problemów.
6. Obudowę mimośrodu (4) ustawić ponownie w odpo-
wiedniej pozycji.
7. Obudowę mimośrodu (4) napełnić specjalnym olejem
(do HP800 wlać 0,15l, do HP1000 + HP1300 wlać 0,25l)
Zalecany olej do mimośrodu to SAE 10W-30 lub 10W-40
