Installing the Network Card
1. Before you plug the module into your PC or programming
device, read the section of your PC/PG manual covering the
operation of PCMCIA cards thoroughly and keep to the
instructions.
2. To operate the CP 5511 under Windows NT 4.0, you also
require the CardWizard from Systemsoft Version 5.2 or
higher as additional software. This is a separate software
package that must be installed prior to installation of the CP
5511. Information on the Software CardWizard is not
included in this documentation.

3. Connect the bus adapter to the PCMCIA card before you
plug the PCMCIA card into the PCMCIA slot of your device
otherwise the card will not be detected by your system.
You can only start up the CP 5511 when the bus adapter is
plugged in since the power supply for the PCMCIA card is
enabled by the bus adapter.
If the bus adapter is removed, the PCMCIA card is
de-energized and therefore requires no current even though
it is plugged in.
