INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure maximum safety, please use your MÖVE franklin® solely for the desig-
nated purpose. It is very important that your bicycle is not used for any other pur-
pose, as this could exceed the structural limits of the bicycle and cause damage
to the frame or other components. This could result in injury.
MÖVE franklin® supports a maximum weight of 140 kg.
The MÖVE franklin® pure version has no lights and reflectors, therefore it is not
suitable for use on public roads. For more information on this topic, please refer
to German Road Traffic Licensing Act (StVZO).
The MÖVE franklin® pro version is approved for use on public roads in accordance
with the German Road Traffic Licensing Act (StVZO).
The MÖVE franklin® has been designed for use on surfaces ranging from low-grip
to unpaved. Depending on the surface, please observe a tyre pressure of 1.5 to 4
bar. We recommend 2.5 bar, as this strikes a good balance between comfort and
road resistance.

PROPER UNPACKING

The packaging was developed especially for MÖVE franklin®. It has been desi-
gned with an eye on stability and safety during transport. Should transport dama-
ges occur nonetheless, please document these during delivery acceptance and
notify the logistics provider.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST RIDE

Tool requirements:
• Hexlox® spanner
• Allen key 5 mm [for M6 hexagon socket screw]
• Allen key 6 mm [for M8 hexagon socket screw]
• bicycle pump [ideally with pressure reading]
To ensure minimum space requirements and maximum environmental performan-
ce during transport whilst also keeping your assembly effort to a minimum, we
have decided to use bulky goods packaging for the transport.
Please note: when buying your bicycle, we recommend free assembly by our
specialist dealers in your region. If you do not want to take advantage of this
delivery offer, please observe the following assembly instructions.
Before using the MÖVE franklin®, it is necessary to adjust or set the handlebars,
adjust the saddle height, fasten the seat post and mount the supplied pedals
unless pre-assembled.
