WARTUNG UND SCHMIERUNG

Bei guten Bedienung
funkzioniert die Maschine fehlerfrei.
1. Vor dem Betrieb kontrollieren Sie das Öl
ist SAE 90.
2. Jade 10 Betriebsstunde Sie 6 Nippel
(Bild 17 - Schema).
3. Scheiben müssen Sie jede 100 Stunde
schmieren (4 Nippel) Entfernen Sie den
Schutz und drucken Sie cca 5 gr Fett ein
(Bild 17).
4. Von Zeit zur Zeit schmieren Sie auch die
Sicherung.
5. Gelenkwelle schmieren

PERIODISCHE KONTROLLEN

Der Scheibenrotationsmäher muss einmal
jährlich gründlich
Zeitweilige periodische Kontrollen während
des Jahres sind
Schmierung und Wartung erforderlich.
Die Kontrolle umfängt:
1. Kontrolle des Antriebsgehäuses, ob die
Schrauben und Muttern fest angezogen
sind;
2. Verschleiss der Scheiben.
3. Verschleiss und Austausch der Messer.
4. Kontrolle des Gelenkwellenschutzes am
Mähwerkantrieb.
5. Schmierung nach
Wartungsanleitung.
6. Kontrolle der Sicherungsbleche
Schutztücher.

MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION

If the machine is maintained and lubnricated
well, it will stay faultless.
1. Contrd the level of oil on the measvring
stick in the gear-box befor work. Use
SAE 90 oil.
2. Lubricate 6 nipples every 6 working
hours (lubricating scheme fig. 17).
3. Lubricate the discs every 100 working
hours (4 nipples). Remove the protection
covers and sqveeze in cca 5 gr of grease
(fig. 17).
4. Lubricate the
accesionally.
5. Lubricate the P.T.O shaft according to
the Supplier instructrans, enclosed to the
P.T.O shaft.

PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
A thorough periodic overhaul is necessary for
rotarary disc mower every year. The mower
should also be overhauled from time to time
during the year to see if lubricating or
maintenance is needed.
Overhaul consists of:
1. Gear-box control in order to check that
screws and nuts are fastened enough.
2. Control of outwearness of discs.
3. Control of outwearness and replacement
of knives.
4. Examination of P.T.O. Shaft protection.
5. Lubrication according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubrication.
6. Examination of the protection plates and
curtains.
