- Seite 2 The Pentair Sweep is designed for installation in pools that have been pre-plumbed for an automatic pool cleaner as well as those that have not. We recommend that the installation be done by an experienced Pool Dealer or Service Professional.
- Seite 3 The water supply from the booster pump into the pool go through the Wall Fitting. Wall Fitting should be located near the center of the pool as shown. 3A Pre-plumbed pool with Wall Fitting. Once the booster pump is installed, flush the water line from the booster pump to the pool.
- Seite 4 Feeder Hose Water under pressure from Wall Fitting to Sweep Head are carried through feeder hose (LD03C), one has 1 float only and the other has 4 floats. These floats are positioned as shown in drawing on following page. You need not adjust them. The extra float is optional for larger pools. There is one section of einforced white vinyl hose (LD03A) with Hose Weight (LD27) and fittings.

First, pull feeder hose towards you so that weight on the six foot section of white vinyl hose moves away from the wall with the feeder hose floating in the normal position.

- Seite 8 (See Fig. 7). Connect Quick Disconnect (LD41) located on end of feeder hose to Outlet For Wall Pentair Sweep float arm. Immerse Sweep Head in water to displace any air. Turn filter pump on Hose (LG13) to fill with water. Turn Sweep pump on.

If you are in an area subject to periodic freezing conditions, but pool equipment is kept in operation, you should note the following: It is very important that filtering and Pentair Sweep systems be in operation during times when hard freezing occurs, normally between 1:00am and 6:00am. Running Pentair Sweep at this time will insure against damage and may prevent freezing of pool water. - Seite 10 Important Cleaning Instructions For JVW1 Wall Fitting To clean filter screen inside wall fitting: EJVW2 1.
