Machine start-up and initial fill
- Ensure that the electrical supply to the
machine is ON.
- Close the machine door.
- Press the ON / OFF button to turn the
machine on.
- The GREEN indicator will light.
- The machine will automatically fill to required
water level. When this level is reached
the water in the rinse booster tank & wash tank
will be heated to the thermostat set point.
When the two heaters indicators are off, the
machine will be ready.
Washing
- Open the machine door, slide rack along rack
guides until it is fully inside the machine and
then close the machine door.
- Where applicable select the required cycle time
- Press and hold START CYCLE button,
until the ORANGE cycle light turns on.
- The machine will automatically run through
the wash and rinse cycles. On completion
the ORANGE cycle light will turn off.

- Open the door and remove the rack.
- Periodically inspect the wash tank filters
and wash/rinse jets to ensure that they are
not blocked with food debris which can
reduce the pump efficiency and cause poor
cleaning results.
- It is recommended that the wash tank
is emptied and cleaned at the end of each
shift, at the very least once a day and
depending on the condition of the pans,
plates, glasses etc maybe more. See below
for cleaning instructions.
Draining
Gravity Waste Machines
To Drain the tank
- Turn machine the OFF.
- The green power light will turn off.
- Open the machine door and remove the
overflow to drain the water from the wash tank.
- After the water has been drained from
the wash tank, replace the drain stopper
and close the machine door.
