Flash power distribution of output sockets
The flash power of the power packs Tria 3000 AS is
distributed via the 4 output sockets 15 as follows: Channel B
provides 1000 Ws for the sockets B1 and B2 distributed
symmetrically.
Channel A provides 2000 Ws for the sockets B1 and B2
distributed symmetrically in case channel B is active. When
Channel B is not active, the total power pack output of 3000
Ws is available on channel A.
The flash power available on both channels A and B is
indicated by lighting up of the respective control LED left to
the flash output control switches 12 (for channel A) and 14
(for channel B).

Flash power control

The flash power can be set in 1/10 f-stop increments using
power control switches 12 and 14. This covers a range of 6.5 f
stops (1/1 to 1/32).
Using turn switch 14 can choose the flash power for channel
B, distributed symmetrically over both sockets B1 and B2.
The flash power for channel A, distributed symmetrically over
both sockets A1 and A2, can be chosen by using turn switch
12. By turning the control switch, the flash output can be
adjusted independently from each channel.
For proportional change of flash power, one of the control
switches 12 or 14 has to be pressed first and then turned for
selecting the flash power output.
The flash output will be shown on the two digits 7-segment
displays 11 and 13 (see table on the next page).
