5.0 Changing the blade

5.1 Remove the blade
put the bench-miller on the front side
loosen hexagon nut (4) with fork wrench 10 mm
remove blade cover
Blocking spindle with the.fixing device (5)
loosen tension nut with pin-type face spanner (6)
remove blade
5.2 Assemble the blade
clean flange
put new blade onto the flange
Blocking spindle with the.fixing device (5)
(attention to direction of rotation).
tighten tension nut with pin-type face spanner
Unscrew blade cover (SW 8)
tighten hexagon nut with fork wrench 10 mm

Danger caused by rotation of the blade!
When working at the bench-miller make sure to not
bring your hands or other parts of your body or other
objects near the blade. The rotating blade might hurt
you or might throw objects away.
Always wear goggles and ear protection that comes
with each machine for your own safety.
