6.2. Fitting a new groove blade
Fit only a genuine replacement blade:
Item No. 021208 HM-Grooving blade 3,8 mm, round-head
Item No. 013459 HM-Grooving blade 3,3 mm, elliptic
Item No. 013461 Grooving blade Combi 5 mm
Item No. 013460 Diamand grooving blade 3,8 mm, round-head
Item No. 013462 Diamand grooving blade 3,8 mm

7.0 Trouble shooting

Trouble
Machine does not work
Undue force necessary
to achieve a groove
Excessive vibration
Bad grooving
Remove the thumb screw (H) of the blade cover, until
covering opens automatically
Press spindle lock.
Loosen tension screw (K) with the screw key SW13
supplied. It is a right-handed thread!
Remove flange.
Remove blade and clean the flange prior to re-fitting a new
blade.
with diamond splits, half-round
The fitting of the new blade has to be done the other way.
Insert new blade with attention to moving direction.
Put back on the flange and fix draw spindle (K).
It is a left-handed thread!
Lower covering
Re-tighten tension screw.
