Troubleshooting

Identification for the housing
The housing nut can be differentiated as followed::
Standard Air connection
The cut-out for the standard air connections is on the opposite from the air connections, and
for the air connections facing in pipe direction the cut-out is offset by 90°.

Problem fixing
Improve support for the
pipeline.
Select appropriate materials,
see Planning Fundamentals.
Tighten connection finger-
tight.
Replace seal.
Replace diaphragm,
see chapter 9.2
„Disassembly", page 40.
Replace Diaphragm, see
chapter 9.2 „Disassembly",
page 40.
Replace Diaphragm valve
If necessary replace seals
and other functional parts
Check control pressure
