Exception for valves with 90° turned air connection (air connection in pipe direction)
Loosen the index plate on the valve body,
U U se suitable index plate for new diaphragms
(supplied with spare membrane included).
(See chapter 5.3.3 Diaphragm material)
Make sure that the O-ring between the inner
housing and the valve body is in the right position.
Position valve body on the actuator: Re-align the
bulge of the diaphragm parallel to the
compression piece,
Thighten housing handthight
Diaphragm is centered now
Screw housing nut with strap wrench thight, till
the position indicator match with the index plate.
Screw housing nut with a strap wrench tight, till
the arrows on the actuator match with the index
plate and the air connection is facing the pipe
direction.
