If something is wrong

If the appliance is not working correctly, please check the following before contacting
the Service Centre.
PROBLEM
The oven is not switching on.
The oven temperature light does
not come on.
The oven light does not come on.
It takes too long to cook the
dishes or they cook too quickly.
Steam and condensation settle
on the food and in the oven cav-
ity.
The electronic
displays unusual values or
undefined switching behaviour.
"12.00" appears on the display
and the clock LED is flashing.
F11 appears on the display.
SOLUTION
Check that both a cooking function and tempera-
ture have been selected.
Check whether the appliance is correctly connected
and the socket switch or the mains supply to the
oven is ON.
Check that the time of day has been set with the
electronic programmer.
Select a temperature with the oven thermostat
control knob.
Select a function with the oven function control knob.
Select a function with the oven function control knob.
Check the light bulb and replace it if necessary (see
paragraph "Replacing the oven light").
The temperature may need adjusting.
Follow the advice contained in these instructions,
especially the section "Using the oven".
When the cooking process is completed, do not
leave the dishes standing in the oven for longer than
15-20 minutes.

If there are any electronic programmer
malfunctions switch off the oven fuse in the
fuse box for a few minutes. Then set the time.
All times set are deleted when the appliance
is first connected or if there has been a power
cut. Set the time because this is necessary
for the oven to work.
The meat probe has short circuited or the
probe plug is not firmly seated in the socket.
Insert the meat probe plug into the socket in
the side wall of the oven as far as it will go.
