Meat probe

You use the meat probe when you are roasting
larger pieces of meat to measure the core
temperature and thus work out when the meat is
cooked. The oven will switch off when it reaches
the set core temperature. The core temperature
depends on the type of meat (see table).
Caution: Only the meat probe supplied
must be used. If replacing, please use only
original spare parts.
1.
Push the point of the roasting thermomenter
as far as possible into the food to be cooked so
that the point is in the middle of the food. Ensure
that the thermometer is inserted in the meat and
not in the cavity or bones, especially with poultry.
Put the shelf or the drip pan with the food into
the oven.
2.
Insert the meat probe plug into the socket
in the side wall of the oven as far as it will go.

Set the required core temperature with the

button (30°C-99°C).
The display changes to the current core
temperature.
The core temperature is displayed from 30°C.
4.
Set the oven function and temperature.
As soon as the set core temperature is reached
a signal sounds, the oven switches off
automatically and the oven light goes out.
5.
Press any button to stop the signal.
6.
To turn the oven off completely, turn the
oven function control knob and the oven
thermostat control knob to the off position.
