Range indicator
Your e-bike system is equipped with range calculation.
Based upon the remaining charge of the battery and
the current power usage of the motor, the system
automatically makes a calculation what distance the
motor can cover before you run out of power. If you
set the power mode to a lower level, you will notice
the range increases; as a lower power level will use less
power, you will get further with the same charge.
System settings
System settings such as the tire size or distance
unit settings (km/h - mph) can only be adjusted by
connecting the system to a computer. Your dealer can
do this for you.
Maintenance
To make sure you can enjoy your e-bike for a long
time, it is important to schedule regular maintenance
and replace wear sensitive parts on time. To help
you remind this, the maintenance symbol will appear
at a regular interval on your display. Make sure you
schedule maintenance at a QWIC approved point of
service.
Your bike has been equipped with a self-diagnosis tool
to find possible problems early. In case an error has
been reported by the system the maintenance symbol
on the display will be accompanied by an error code in
the journey data field (right bottom corner). The most
occurring errors can often be solved by yourself:
Code 48 - Speedsensor error
The speed is monitored by a small magnet on the rear
wheel and a sensor on the frame. Please check if the
magnet is still aligned with the sensor.
Code 64, 66 of 67 - Low battery signal
Check if the battery is properly charged.
It is possible that other errors are detected in the
system, or that the above instructions do not help.
In this case, please contact your dealer.
