3 Montagehinweise
Vorsicht! Der Sensor darf auf keinen Fall
geöffnet werden!
Beim Reinigen ist dauerhaftes Druckwasser (Hoch-
druckreiniger) auf den Wellenaustritt und auf das
Kabel zu vermeiden! Druckstrahl auf das Etikett
kann die Beschriftung unleserlich machen

3.2 Varianten mit Vollwelle Code 3601 / 3624
3.2.1 Zentrierung und Wellenfixierung
Es wird empfohlen den Zentrierdurchmesser
Ø 33,325 mm des Synchroflansch zu nutzen.
Die Sensormontage soll möglichst kraftfrei, d.h. ohne
Vorspannung auf die Kupplung, erfolgen.
Vorsicht! Nichtfluchtender Einbau des Sensors
in Bezug auf die Antriebswelle kann zu einer Reduktion
der Lebensdauer führen!
3.2.2 Befestigung
a) Spannklamern
3 x Spannklammern Z-1-15,
3 x Zylinderschrauben M3
(im Lieferumfang enthalten),
Lochkreis D = 42,5 mm +0,5 mm (3 x 120°),
Mmax = 120 Ncm
b) Frontmontage
4 x stirnseitige Gewindebohrungen
M2,5, 6 tief,
Lochkreis D = 26 mm,
Mmax = abhängig von
verwendeter Schraube

3 Instructions for Installation
Caution! The sensor must not be opened at any time!
At cleaning, steady pressure water (pressure wash) on the
shaft exit and on the cable has to be avoided!
Pressure water can dissolve the text on label!

3.2.1 Centering and shaft fixation
It is recommended to use the centering diameter Ø 33,325 mm
of the synchro flange.
The sensor should be preferably assembled free of force so that
any preload on the clutch is avoided.
Caution! Misaligned installation of the sensor in relation
to the drive shaft can result in a reduction of life time!
3.2.2 Fixation
a) Clamps
3 x clamps Z-1-15,
3 x cylinder screw M3
(included in delivery),
bolt circle D = 42.5 mm +0.5 mm (3 x 120°),
Mmax = 120 Ncm
b) Frontal mounting
4x frontal threaded holes
M2.5, 6 deep,
bolt circle D = 26 mm,
Mmax = depends on screw used
