GUIDE VALUES FOR STEAM COOKING

The following values apply to a full bowl with a 900 ml fill level or 400 - 450 g of food:

For a half filled basket (200 - 250 g of food), reduce the specified water volume by one
level (e.g. for a half filled basket of potatoes, add water up to level 2, rather than up to
the specified level max.).

The numbers on the water reservoir level gauge represent levels 1, 2 and max
(max = 210 ml).

The steam cooking time can vary. It is based on the water volume in the water
reservoir.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

3.1

CLEANING

The removable parts must be cleaned thoroughly before first use and after each
subsequent use. The device must first be disconnected from the power supply. Allow it
to cool down before you begin cleaning. To descale the device, proceed as described
in section 3.2.
Risk of electric shock! An electric current passes through the base unit during
operation. Never immerse the appliance in water.
