Once the steam cooking is finished, an acoustic signal sounds, the indicator

extinguishes and the heating switches off.
Remove the lid with a quarter turn clockwise and lift it up.

Remove the basket(s). Always use the spatula to lift out the

baskets as they become very hot during steam cooking.
After steam cooking, the lower part of the bowl is filled with condensed water. It is up to
you whether you keep the water or dispose of it. As described in section 2.3.2, step
you can use the water to control the consistency of the blended food.
Only the baskets must be used for steam cooking.
Note
Allow the device to cool for at least 15 minutes before its next use.

BLENDING

Blend food in 10-second cycles, and never exceed 30 seconds of continuous
blending. Before blending the meat and fish, make sure the maximum quantity

does not exceed 100 g at any one time! The food should be cooked by steam
first at least for one cycle before being blended!
Remove all hard parts from the steamed ingredients (e.g. bones, stones from

hard-shelled fruit). Then tip the steamed ingredients from the basket directly
into the bowl.
Ensure that the blending blade has been fitted before adding the ingredients.
Note
Apply the lid to the bowl and turn it anti-clockwise until it locks

into place.
Place the bowl on the base unit and secure it with a quarter turn

anti-clockwise.
Connect the device to the power supply.

Turn the rotary switch to the left or right, depending on the
5
desired speed setting.
: Turn rotary switch to left - smooth purée
: Turn rotary switch to right - more textured purée
Note When blending, the consistency of the purée should be controlled through
the addition of liquid as it may otherwise stick to the walls of the bowl.
