Verify that the turnstile is in a closed passage position, then press the PG to assign the 'zero' position to the encoder.
Allows you to enter a protection code for access to programming the control unit.
It is possible to enter a four-character alphanumeric code using the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A-B-C-D-E-F.
The default value is 0000 (four zeros) and indicates the absence of a protection code.
It is possible to cancel the code entry operation at any time by pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously. Once the password has
been entered, it is possible to operate the control unit, going in and out of programming for a period of about 10 minutes, in order to
allow the adjustment operations and functions testing.
Replacing the code 0000 with any other code enables the protection of the control unit, preventing access to all menus. If you wish
to enter a protection code, proceed as follows:
- select the Code menu and press OK.
- The code 0000 is displayed, even if a protection code has already been previously entered.
- Use the + and - keys to change the value of the flashing character.
- The OK key confirms the flashing character and moves on to the next one.
- After entering the 4 characters, a confirmation message "CONF" appears.
- after a few seconds the code 0000 is displayed again.
- it is necessary to reconfirm the previously entered protection code in order to avoid unintentional entries.
If the code corresponds to the previous one, an "OK" confirmation message is displayed.
The control unit automatically exits the programming phase, and to access the menus again it will be necessary to enter the stored
protection code.
IMPORTANT: NOTE the protection code and KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE for future maintenance. To remove a code from a
protected control unit, it is necessary to enter programming mode with the password and reset the code to the default value
0000. IF THE CODE IS LOST, IT IS NECESSARY TO CONTACT THE AUTHORISED TECHNICAL
SERVICE CENTRE FOR A TOTAL RESET OF THE CONTROL UNIT.

SETTING OPERATION IN A POWER FAILURE
The turnstile with the factory settings will remain locked in both directions or can be set according to what was agreed with the customer, if there is no
voltage.
To modify this operation, it is necessary to operate electromagnets F and E of figure 11, positioned in the mechanism.
Specifically, it is necessary to turn the electromagnet corresponding to the direction to be released in the event of a power failure (remember that magnet
"F" adjusts the clockwise rotation of the rotor, observing it on the plant, while magnet "E" adjusts the anti-clockwise rotation).
To do this, remove the power supply and then remove the cover/seeger that fixes pin A of fig.15. Remove pin A, disconnect the electromagnet wires and
unscrew the 4 V screws that secure it to the plate.
Remove magnet M of fig. 15 and turn release key C of fig. 14 so that the passage remains mechanically open by means of part B of fig. 15. Turn magnet
M by 180° and reposition the pin.
Lastly, reconnect the power wires of the electromagnet, close the lock with the release key and configure the POFF parameter as follows:

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

Every 400,000 cycles and every 6 months:
• Rotate the latch to check for any abnormal noises and ensure smooth rotation. Sudden locking could indicate a malfunction.
• Check the internal wiring of the latch to identify any damaged or disconnected cables.
• Verify the proper grounding of the latch by attempting to move it. Unstable grounding can pose a danger.
• Inspect and, if necessary, adjust the hydraulic decelerator (fig.13).
• Inspect and, if necessary, adjust the pusher of the positioning group (fig.12).
• Check the tightness of the bolts.
• Verify the correct operation of the lock/unlock levers.
• Clean and lubricate the stems of the pusher and the decelerator.
• Check the condition of the rollers of the lock levers and lubricate them if necessary.
• Check the proper sliding of the idle pin of the pusher.
• Lubricate the bearing at the base of the rotor using the appropriate spherical-head grease fitting. Refer to fig.9.
Every 1,000,000 cycles, replace:
• Rollers and electromagnets of the lock levers.
• Latch arm and its torsion spring (element R in fig.11).
Every 3,000,000 cycles, replace:
• Pusher spring.
• Idle pin of the pusher and the decelerator.
• Cam group.
Using the "MACI" menu, you can set a number of cycles reached for which the control unit activates the maintenance warning, or rather:
1) on each activation of inputs MODE A or MODE B, during the passage through the turnstile, the green traffic light flashes
2) output OUT C activates
To reset the maintenance warning, simply set a new value of the MACI parameter.
