ROTOR HARDNESS ADJUSTMENT
If the rotor is too hard to push, it is necessary to adjust the positioner unit (fig.12).
Specifically, it is necessary to loosen nut A and gradually unscrew hub B until the desired rotor hardness is obtained. Re-tighten nut A after the procedure.
If the rotor is too loose, follow the reverse procedure (tighten the hub).
ROTOR SLOWDOWN ADJUSTMENT
If the rotor does not slow down enough during the closing phase, it is necessary to adjust the decelerator unit (fig.13).
Specifically, it is necessary to first loosen (DO NOT completely unscrew) screw A that secures ring nut B of the decelerator and turn it.
The slowdown of the rotor will be greater as the number on the ring increases.
If the rotor slowdown is excessive, follow the reverse procedure (decrease the number on the ring).

INSTALLATION INFORMATION

The CP.RT control unit controls both directions of passage through the gate.
Consider the turnstile seen from above:
In Figure 18, the pedestrian moves in the direction indicated, the turnstile must rotate CLOCKWISE to allow it to pass, this rotation direction is controlled
by magnet A and its inputs.
In Figure 19, the pedestrian moves in the direction indicated, the turnstile must rotate ANTI-CLOCKWISE to allow it to pass, this rotation direction is
controlled by magnet A and its inputs.
It is possible to connect a traffic light that indicates the possibility of passage of the gate.
The turnstiles can have 3 or 4 arms:
- For a 3-arm turnstile, set a 120° rotation in the MEC parameter.
- For a 4-arm turnstile, set a 90° rotation in the MEC parameter.
ATTENTION: Once the previous steps have been completed, or following maintenance, the rotor must be placed in the closed passage position (as
shown in fig. 18 and 19), and the Encoder setup must be carried out via the SET menu.

Description
Jumper in the case of 115Vac mains supply
Mains power input 230Vac 50/60Hz
Input Terminal for connecting buffer batteries (accessory)
24V connection output for direction magnet A.
Powering up magnet A allows the turnstile to rotate in the CW direction (top view).
24V connection output for direction magnet B.
Powering up magnet B allows the turnstile to rotate ANTI-CLOCKWISE (top view).
when the number of cycles set via the 'MACI' parameter is reached, the output is activated
by supplying 24Vdc.
24V max. 0.5A courtesy light output. Each time the MODE A or MODE B inputs are activa-
ted, the output is activated for 90 seconds
Output for accessory power supply 24Vdc max. 0.5 A.
Contact (voltage-free) closes with each rotation of the turnstile in direction A.
It is also activated in the case of free rotations (unblocked passage or MODE A in free pass)
Contact (voltage-free) closes with each rotation of the turnstile in direction B.
It is also activated in case of free rotations (unblocked passage or MODE B in free pass)
LED traffic light control 24V (max. 200mA).
LED traffic light control 24V (max. 200mA).
N/A
4-pole terminal for controlling output A:
START: NO contact to enable magnet output A, closing the contact gives consent for a
rotation in direction A. An NO button, the NO contact of a card reader, or a digital push-
button panel, etc. can be used.
STOP: NO contact for locking pushbutton, closing the contact stops rotation in direction A
by preventing any passage until it is released.
FREE Pass: NO contact for release button, closing the contact frees rotation in direction A.
COM (GND): Control input common
Same functions as Input MODE A but referred to Output B
Quick connector input for connecting the motor encoder
